Well, I’m Ann Read and the Owner and Founder of The PA Portal. I’ve been a Personal Assistant for over 2 decades and have gained my wealth of experience working in small-scale family firms right through to large international corporates. My background is in Sales and Marketing with a focus in the Retail, Creative and Fashion industries.
I founded the business in June 2017 when I was faced with a change in my corporate career. I haven’t looked back and at the start of 2020 I was Highly Commended as Virtual Assistant Of The Year for the Digital Women Awards and also awarded runner-up in the Kent Women In Business Awards for Mumpreneur of the Year. I’m delighted that my award-winning Virtual Personal Assistant business allows me to use my skills and experience to support small business owners all across Maidstone, Kent and the South East of England.
I am passionate about all things admin and a fanatical organiser. I have a young daughter and I’m a strong believer that everyone should have a healthy work-life balance. The PA Portal’s purpose and passion is to make that happen for you.
